Encrypted academic records pinned to a permanent ledger, shared by the student.

Change the GPA to issue a new record, or flip a bit of what went on the ledger and read it back. This is real AES-256-GCM, run in your browser with Web Crypto; nothing is uploaded, and the ledger is drawn.

Encryption happens before upload, so the record in the permanent public copy can't be read without the key. The transaction does carry the student's ID as a plain tag.

A university encrypts a student's record with AES-256-GCM, stores the ciphertext permanently on Arweave, and emails the student a sign-in link tied to the transaction. The portal generates the key at issuance for the university to hand to the student, who can share it with an employer to verify. The issuance path is built; the student and employer views are prototyped.
